Ok, let's try this again. I think the photo will upload now. What is this pretty blue cup shaped flower ? About 1 to 1 1/2 inches across. Long stems, several blossoms on each.

Thanks

I looked it up, and realized that I must have two varieties in my yard. One is identical to Camanula Carpatica, in which the blossom is flatter, and the plant is lower and bushier. And this one which stands up tall (the picture I attached in my first post is actually sideways -- it's actaully standing straight up).

And I don't think I planted either one... =O

Yes -- thanks!

I actually had already figured that out, but just now realized that I didn't say that in my last post.

They looked really great until we had a major rainstorm, and they just couldn't hold up. That's happened with each round of blooms this year -- the tulips, daffies, and bearded iris each in their turn were shorter lived than usual after being beaten down by a long hard rain. phoo.
