I'm leaning toward one of the native Prunus, wild plum or cherry.

Next to it is a weeping cherry blossom, doesn't look the same and not flowering yet. Maybe wild plum then.

Prunus x yedoensis--Yoshino Cherry
Cultivar 'Akebono' - Flowers slightly more pink
flowers occur in early spring before the leaves
develop.
