Hello! Does anyone know what kind of flower this is? It has lettuce-like leaves and it loses it's petals w/in a few days of blooming.

the strange thing about searching for the name of this flower is that one can find it on the internet but all are also mentioned as 'lettuce like flower'

Could well be, Morninglory. But the leaves don't look the same to me. At least from what I can see of the leafs on the photo.

My guess would be that it could be a poppy. There is one kind that looks like a Peony and is called Peony poppy (Papaver somniferum var. paeoniiflorum). Papaver somniferum are commonly known as lettuce leaf poppies.
