All help is appreciated identifying this tree/shrub. It was photographed in Southern California.

Arizona state tree is called Palo Verde, Cercidium floridum Palo Verde or Blue Palo Verde
Parkinsonia (Cercidium) floridum and looks very similar to the photo you uploaded.
