I'm not perfectly clear regarding what is allowed in the way of posting others' websites that may compete with this one - so-oooo - I would advise Googling specific things you are interested in then an advanced search with the work 'forum' in it and see what happens.
I do know that there are specific Yahoo Groups dedicated to almost anything any of us could think of and in multiple languages, so a search of Yahoo Groups mighy give you what you're looking for.
