I found out what the tree is, it's a black locust.

Hi everyone, I found a tree on my walk today that I would like to identify so that I can plant one at home.
I'm in Oregon but I don't know if this is native.
This tree has green leaves that are oblong shaped. It has a white flower, almost droopy looking and have a very sweet frangrance. I have two additional pictures if you need a better look I can email them to you.

Please and thank you, Laura

Well, I'm curious to see a photo of this tree, Laurah. Could you place on here?
