I woul love to know the plant that is by this woman in blue, it is of great importance that I know the name of the plant/s by her. this is an old family photo so its kinda grainy. please if any info can be found I must know. also if there is a central location for that type of flower I would like to know.

Looks like an Oleander - a tropical plant.
