I have this ground cover in my back yard and it grows very prolifically! I went to a local garden center to see if they could identify it as I want to plant it at my mom's house. He thought it was Tradescantia Virginiana (which they don't carr), but when I looked that up on the internet when I got home, the leaves don't look like my plant.

Can you identify it?

If the stems are succulent it's a Commelina (dayflower) a Tradescantia relative. I can't tell from the photo.
