I found this flower or floral design inside a musician's album insert, and was wondering if this is a real flower. If so, could you tell me what kind of flower this is and if it is symbolic of anything?

Looks pretty stylized to me - I see a rose hip, button fern and (possibly) a cosmos nearly going to seed.
