In need of help - we want to find out what this plant is we have in our garden before we move home so we can get a new one. Your help in naming it would be greatly appreciated

I also have a yellow flowering bush/plant'shrub?? I can't send a photo wither Mine is about 14 inches--about 18 inches across the top, has a lot of round ball-like "flowers" at top of each fernlike (but very short) "leaves" I did not planr it--Birds may have dropped it )seed) in the middle of my yeard. I have iit posted on eBay where I could get a picture on under home and garden, living plants, perinnealsI am EZ-winners on eBay and it(the photo) is on auction but it is judt for I.D. I live in AZ.
