We have it at the park. I’m sooooooo happy because butterflies seem to love it. But it’s a pity I didn’t get to it while it was in bloom because I would’ve probably seen more butterflies that I didn’t know we had at the park.
Right now mine ( I call it “mine” because in a way it is :P ) is unfortunately infested with aphids and I think mealy bugs. *Is mad*
But the ladybugs ( Harmonia axyridis ) are taking care of the murdering bastards. There were tons of larvae and adult ladybugs munching on two timing SOB’s ( they got what they deserve ). *Evil laughter* :P
Piccies anyone? Okie dokie! I assure they’re gorgeous. But this you already know I’m sure……or did you? ^.^

29. Button Bush ( Cephalanthus occidentalis )
30. Milk Vetches or Vetches in general ( Astragalus sp. or Vicia sp. )
31. Osage Orange
32. Virginia Sweetspire ( Itea virginica )
Oh there’s more where that came from. But they’re unknown atm……but not for too long I hope.
Enjoy. *Goes a hunting*

Yeah, I love my lady bug army to :o
I think everyone does. They help save our plants from the evil sap sucking aphids, green flies, scale insects, and mealy bugs.
Gotta love em!
